Event Details
This eight-week program includes 16 exercise classes that meet twice weekly for one hour. Classes start January 13th and go until March 12th.
Days: Monday and Wednesday every week unless the Library is closed.
Time: 6:45 a.m.—7:45 a.m.
Registering for this program requires you to take all 16 classes.
You are allowed 2 absences before you are dropped off the list.
